How to use the support desk - click here
This simple guide will help you to make the most of the Support Team.
Occassionally things go wrong. Sometimes it is a hardware problem, sometimes it is a software issue.
At Data Supplies we are committed to helping our clients to be efficient and productive.
If you want to use the Support Team, then please do the following:
1. Click Register (found in the Log In box on the right). This takes a few seconds.
2. Copy and paste the validation key that we email you into your web browser.
3. You can now Log In. This is where you will start in future once registered
4. Submit a Ticket. Please give us as much detail as possible including:
product name, software version, serial number, your PC operating system
and any error message you have. (The more information you provide the
easier and quicker it is to diagnose and fix).
5. We will answer your ticket as quick as we can.
It really is that simple
Alternatively you can search our Knowledge Base to see
if someone else has had the same problem before and
how it was fixed.

We want to help you.Why are we asking you to use a ticketing system for technical support on our products?
Your problem and subsequent solution may help someone else in a similar situation. Additionally someone else's problem may well help you.
By us documenting all requests, we can build up a knowledge base of information to help all.
A ticketing system also allows you to get a definitive answer quickly that can also be used for future reference, if the same problem occurs. Having all the answers in the one place saves time trawling through emails trying to find the answer to a question you had some time ago.
